To “DFW Law Firm,” “E Cedillo,” “Humberto Torres,” “Erica,” “Redd Neckk,” “Hatfield,” “Buster,” “Tracy L,” “Fatima Khan,” and “Greg McCurdy”: This notices you that a subpoena has been issued to Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the owner of Ripoff Report, for documents and information sufficient to identify the each of you, individually.  The requested information includes the IP address, name, address, email address, address, and phone number for each of you as well as the date and time this report and all respective comments were made.  The subpoena orders Xcentric Ventures, LLC to produce the requested information by December 19, 2014 at 10:00 A.M.

The subpoena was issued by United Health & Rehab and Nam Tran (“Plaintiffs”), the plaintiffs in the matter of United Health & Rehab and Nam Tran v. John or Jane Does 1-10, Cause No. DC-14-13108 in the 134^th District Court of Dallas County, Texas.  This subpoena was presented to the Clerk of the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County, and said Clerk issued a subpoena to Xcentric Ventures, LLC for this information.

You have the right to timely and anonymously file and serve a response objecting to the subpoena by filing the response with the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County, located at 201 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona 85003.  A copy of such filing should be served on Plaintiff’s attorney at:

Crooked con man Nam "John" Cuong Tran has a new website for his personal injury business at http://www.dfwunited.com.  You do not want to be a patient at any of his United Health and Rehab places because there is never a doctor there running the place.

His doctors f*cked me over one time on a case, and now I don't send him any referrals.

If you are referring to Dr. Nam Cuong Tran as a c****, you are really not insulting him. He is not a Chinese person. He is a Vietnamese.

The right word to refer to Vietnamese is either "charlie", which is short for Victor Charlie, or g***.

F****** d**n c***k screwed me too.  I heard his business was closed by the cops a few years back.

I had been there for a car accident and saw a doctor only once.  She did a workup on me on the first day.  On subsequent visits, I never saw her again.  She had no business card.

The secretary at the front gave me the name of the owner, Dr. Nam Tran in Arlington, and that I should see him.  I told her that I can't drive there because I don't have a car.  This one Dr. Tran probably doesn't speak English anyway.

My lawyer who referred me to this United Rehab clinic ended up sending me some place else.  I am not sure if this doctor office is a legit business.

It is always the d**n Chinese-owned doctors offices that I have problems with.  Most of them don't speak English, and I can't understand them.

I knew a Nam Cuong Tran that I went to medical school with.  He is from Fort Worth and was expelled for academic dishonesty.  I'm not sure if this guy is the same one, but I'm sure he never finished medical school.

That is good to know.  We had some doubts about Dr. Nam John Tran, and now we know.  We will keep an eye on him too.
