800-209-8397 M-S 9a - 9p. I ordered one thing from them. Then, get this new charge for 5x the first amount but never ordered anything else. WHen the item came, I returned it unopened & got a receipt from the post office. Awaiting my refund now. I will give 2 weeks...then report it to the bank to get my money back. I called & got them on the phone.
