I was sent a letter two times from this fake organazation. Stating tha i needed to send $11.89 to secure shipment. By this so called Paul Bishop. These frauds need to be stopped immemidiatly.

Publishers Clearing House National Awards Commission requested that I send them a check for 12.99 + additional 3.00 for rush processing. I did. and I received two more letters requesting the same amount before I could win Kansas City Missouri
