National Credit Solution - BMG Music Service BMG and Credit sharks make fraudulent claim to credit bureaus Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Like others have reported to this site, I also received notification from Experian reporting a BMG Music Service account in collection status for the amount of $187. I do not have and have not had a BMG account. This is fraud perpetrated by BMG and/or National Credit Solution. Furthermore, there had been no prior contact with me by BMG with the request to pay the claimed amount due or the intent to begin a collection process, and no contact from National Credit Solution requesting payment prior to filing derogatory information with the credit bureau. I can only guess this is intended to intimidate people into paying the fraudulent fees to clean up a disparaged credit report. Instead, I am filing a complaint with state and federal agencies empowered with enforcement of PL 95-109, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and with the BBB in Oklahoma City. Law suits WILL follow if these fraudulent claims are not removed immediately from my bureau report!

By the way, BMG is a subsidiary of Sony, so until this issue is settled to my satisfaction, I will also be boycotting all Sony products.
