national Tire and Battery Texas Manager Ken Taylo Embezzled Company tires and products offering discounts half off and pocketing remaining funds. Cedar Park , Texas

Ken Taylor worked for national Tire and Battery as a Manager at several different locations within Central Texas.  Sadly he had built up a theft ring with various customers that were serviced through a store that he managed.  One individual whom worked for The Wash Tub in Georgetown and Roundrock who's name is Jesse Martinez had partnered up with Ken Taylor, having Ken Taylor drop the prices on tires and products at large discounts to this individual, and Ken Taylor would pocket the difference instead of crediting National Tire and Battery.  I was a witness to many cash hand offs for the products and when I questioned Ken Taylor he attempted to involve myself, and any business customers that I refer to him.  

This went on for the year of 2007 through 2009 when Ken Taylor was finally fired from National Tire and Battery when Ken Taylor was caught in only one transaction for over $600, Ken Taylor claimed to management that he was at fault for losing the credit card charge slip while delivering the tires to the customer when actuality Ken Taylor never wrote up any sales tickets for products he would let the tires and/or products go and take a shortage count of a product when the monthly audit was conducted. To my shock when Ken Taylor explained the procedures that had been taken place when NTB stores were short over 60 to 100 tires a month it would be noted but nothing was investigated.  

Corporate had a tire service contract for a company to pick up all tires that customers had removed for new tires with each NTB store and a count of what should be there. Ken Taylor would sell on the side a large number of tires that were considered brand new that the customer just wanted replaced or that the employees misinformed customers that they needed new tires or there was a defect just to make their monthly sales and later sell the tires on the side pocketing the money for theirselfs.  Ken Taylor, Amanda and several others who ran the Round Rock Store in Texas did this the years 2008 through 2009.

Also Ken Taylor, through NTB had developed relationships with auto parts stores and car dealerships and would purchase parts at great discounts and then attempt to sell to friends or family on the side and pocket the difference. He attempted to offer to install various needed auto parts on my SUV quoting me a price and going with my gut I checked into the price he actually was over charging me!   He constantly stated he wanted to quit with National Tire and Battery and asked if I would allow him to run my business, Crites Pools or as he stated first learn the ropes.  He stated at my home for over 6 months straight and avoided his own home.  

During this time is when I witnessed much of the fraud.  The owner of Blood Diamond restoration, Stan was also involved in the large discounted rates. I over heard Ken Taylor explaining how and what he could do for him if Stan worked on a Camaro he recently purchased.  Ken Taylor continually asked me to payoff his credit card debt of over 32k stating he was broke!  I was shocked at this mans statement who for what I had witnessed in 2 and half years and listened to Ken Taylor verbally explain the embezzlement scam at NTB I estimated he pocketed over 60K in over 2 and half years working for them.  

Ken Taylor never let go of trying to attempt or con me to pay off his credit card debt, but  finally began to realize when I found out he attempted to pick up every young female entering the NTB store and had found out he had been attempting to rekindle with his ex wife, this woman that he claimed robbed him blind so he stated, was why he took all marital property and cash from that marriage and left her. Right. Several occasions ken Taylor would tell me that his wife got ahold of a credit card and he needed to pay off the civil case against it.  I paid 6,500 on American Express supposedly and 4500.00 on his chase bank which again this ex wife so ken Taylor states charged up.  

Yes like a complete idiot I trusted him at the time and gave him cash to pay those. He assured me he would pay all of it back.  3 months went by and he never attempted to even make a payment.  When i asked was he able to make a payment he stated, yelling at the top of his lungs, how dare I?  He had thought I was gifting him the money.  I said, no we had a detailed conversation, Ken and you assured me a payment that following month.  It was as if a switch was turned in him.  He cussed me said, he was done with me because I lied, and I didn't trust him. He said terrible things in front of my 8 year old daughter, claims that I killed my deceased husband who passed away from a drug over dose 2 years prior.   I began to see Ken Taylor for what he was, a insulting thief and con. He actually called me a C*NT in front of my daughter and had also called his female employee a c*nt in front of other male employees and they all laughed.  

I was shocked, and pretended I didn't hear them while I was waiting for Ken Taylor to release from work that day. Dec 2011?   When his roommate Thomas, attempted to tell me 3 times this man Ken Taylor was no good and ripped off consumers on top of women at first I thought no way he is kidding to run me off.  HE WAS NOT KIDDING.  Thomas with time went on to inform me that Ken Taylor just wanted me for my money and that I was going to be his 6th victim.   Also he gave me a sexually transmitted disease which I would rather not state what for privacy but I am sure this is due to Ken Taylor and his daily nights at the Grams and new West club in Plugerville and Cedar Park.  He is bedding every woman in his conquest for further victims to run his scam through NTB, their pants and purse!  And yes you read correctly, he is rehired with NTB.  National Tire and Battery was only aware of one incident that ken Taylor lied in reference to the true details of that transaction.
