NCS Plus Roger Young, Chris Rehkow Collected $2000 promised $8000 back in collections if I gave them 50 names. Won't give refund and collected zero for me. NY New York

Roger Young, the regional manager for our area, represented NCS Plus and told us if we agreed to gIve NCS Plus 50 names and $2000, they would guarantee us a 400 percent return. Roger Young told us,(and I have emails to prove it,) that if we didn't get that $8000 back, they would refund the $2000. After I submitted my money and 50 names, I asked for a refund because I didn't get a dime back on the claims, and was told I had to submit 100 names, even though I have in writing from Roger Young on our contract we only needed to submit 50 names and I won't get my money back, just some more free claims. Four months ago, I hired another collection agency who didnt require me to pay $2000 or give them a certain number of claims and I have already received several claims back. Funny how NCS can't find any of these people, but my other company could.  

The legal manager at NCS Plus told me that Roger Young misrepresented their company and they won't honor the contract we signed with him. I have wasted countless hours submitting claims, trying to contact someone who can help me with this problem at NCS Plus and dealing with Roger Young.

Do not give this company your money, it's a total ripoff!
