Receiving harrasing emails about a debt/loan; And why it is always the same amount?
$955.75 plus 4,252.86 in legal fees.
They made the approach stating that after pulling my ss#, it was found that I filed an initail alert for identity theft adn they stopped the legal process to collect the money.
When I replied and asked for evidence and any signed paperwork they said they have my computer's IP address and they can prove I was the one who got the payday loan and that I have to call him before they downlaod the case forcefully regardless my identity theft situation.
They also informed that the original amount of the loan was $300.00 but the 955.75 are because of the financing charges plus the $4,252.86 in legal fees.
Sould I call and find out? How do I know if, there is any warranyt or case against me?
