Network One Tony O'Connell The Mentioned Person is a Scammer, who has stolen from our Company about 4000 Euro and lost Business of about 25.000 Euro Dublin, Internet

Mr Tony O'Connell was running an illegal Education Center in Bangkok/Thailand and is now in Dublin/Ireland active in online education service and is teaching without any license in all sectors in web based education.
He supposed to make for our Company a Booking Portal, for which we was waiting over 7 month without any result and did also not get our upfront Payment returned to us. He kept us waiting with the work and we could not run the Business, as we where waiting for the Website, which was not made at all. The company could not run its Business, as Network one and Mr Tony O'Connell did not make the job, which supposed to be done within 30 days after receiving the Payment from us.
Because of mr Tony O'Connell we have lost 7 month of the Business, which we were not able to run without the website. and we have an estimated loss of about 25.000 Euro of Business and had to cover meanwhile the companies expenses.

We was at the Police station for Reporting this Person, but the Police could not do anything, because mr Tony O'Connell was not in the Country anymore, as he has left Thailand, because he was afraid of the Punishment by the Thai Law. Now, the Police is searching Mr Tony O'Connell in Thailand but because he ran off, The Police can't get him outside of the Country.

We recommend everyone with being careful with this Person/Company. He is a Thief and done this also to other Business People here in Thailand.
Also other People would like to punish this Person without involving the Officials, as he upset some good People.
