I placed an Order placed on 01/07/10 for a tool. After waiting seven days called company for status on order. Customer service said part was not shipped on back order. Decided to cancel order and buy part locally. Called and talked to customer service which routed by call to Purchasing. Left detailed message with Todd Morgan to cancel order to avoid shipping and returning part. Company does not respond to my simple request after two days of several telephone messages and email . They also marked my email communications as undeliverable spam. I called my bank and in process of cancelling the charge on my visa account. I hope my credit card info is not in peril.
