Avoid using this company for buying event tickets. They seem legit but are not. We purchased tickets to a show at Westbury and they did not arrive. When we called, they hung up on us. Total rip off. I am contacting N Y Attorney General tomorrow. Go to other more trusted sites for tickets. Thieves of the Internet!

Don't know who this person is. Never heard of this complaint before. If we did not ship tickets to a customer that use a credit card we would have to give a Full Refund by order of the credit card companies. This complaint is so unreal. We have been selling tickets since 1989. If we take your money and don't ship your tickets how in the world would be in business for 30 years. It's sad that I have to respond to this.
