New Generation Mechanical is committing fraud everyday, I'm sure. They commited fraud in dealing with me.
I was given a verbal estimate of "$5 or $6 thousand dollars, but it for sure won't go over that", then got a bill two months down the line for $9,000. I would have shopped the job around if they would have given me an honest $9,000 estimate.
I called them when I finally received my bill and when the manager called back, he said, 'Well, that wasn't exact.' Wasn't exact? That's kinda why you give an estimate before doing work. Not a phone call at all while doing the work to say 'Oh, by the way, we're going WAY over the estimated amount'.
Beware, beware, beware. Move on to different plumbers.

In regards to this specific complaint, this complaint is completely innaccurate, mis-leading and slander of New Generation Mechanical's business practices. New Generation does not use any "Bait and Switch" techniques or over charge any customers.
Any business will have complaints against them at some point. Listening and learing from complaints is how companies improve procedures and grow with customers. This particular complaint is simply fabricated lies with nothing supporting them. The quotes and statements used by this "anonymous" person are completely fabricated.
The true facts are: Work was requested, performed thoughout several days and signed off. A suit was filed by New Generation against the company "anonymous" represents due to non-payment. On October 14, 2013; a Dallas County Judge agreed with the suit and ruled in favor for New Generation. "Anonymous" was ordered to pay New Generation Mechanical for the enitre amount owed of the invoice, plus attorney and court fees.
