NEW PENN FINANCIAL SELENE FINANCE SELENE FINANCE WILL SERVICE ALL NEW PENN FINANCIALS LOANS Plymouth Meeting Pennsylvania

New Penn Financial is a mortgage lender.     All of their loans that they do for you will be sent to SELENE FINANCE for servicing.  Selene Finance has an "F" rating on the BBB and is not accredited.  They have nightmare customer testimonials all over the interent.   While New Penn Financial seems to be fairly competent in doing your refinance , I seriously question their leadership and decision making by having a company like SELENE service all of the loans they write.      If you are considering refinancing with New Penn Financial,   word to the wise, you better do your research on their servicing brance which is SELENE FINANCE.    The testimonials from customers is scary to say the least.  Incompetence and greed seemed to be what I take from all the customer reviews I've read of the Internet.  But a BBB rating of "F" is the worst you can get.  NOT GOOD.   I would suggest stay far far far away from New Penn Financial as your loan will be immediately turned over to Selene Finance and you will have to deal with them for the next 30 years .......scary thought from my research.
