I fell for this scam by reading an article on a FAKE! Men's Health website:

Clicking any of the links on the site sends you to another fake website, Women's Health.

This is a typical "Auto-Ship Scam" where you sign up for the free trial and enter in your credit card number.  In the Terms and conditions, it states that after your free trial period (the bottle is not free, you get to use the bottle for free for 14 days) you will be charged the full $99.87 cost of the product, unless you cancel your order and return the unused product.

In the sample bottle section you will find:

"To avoid being charged for your 30 day monthly supply, you must cancel your enrollment before your sample bottle period is over. You may cancel your enrollment by calling 800-494-5551 Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time or contact our support department at support@musclefocusproducts.com."

Do that and you should be fine, you just lose what you paid for the free sample and the shipping back to the company.

They got me good!! Don't let them get you too!!

It sounds like you wanted something for nothing. if you would have read the fine print you would know what this was about. if you want to complete this program you need to go a little farther then the ten day trial. Paying for the program is the only way to complete it. You sir are weak and should quit whining like a little girl.

Got Me too

 I had also ordered this after seeing the fake Mens Health ad but felt it to good to be true to late. I searched for more info and found this page and 18 minutes after I got the order confirmation on July 19th I emailed them to cancel. On July 30th I get a shipment notification that they have shipped the sample product and billed me me for $105.95 not the trial price of $3.97 When speaking to customer service they gladly cancelled any further order and gave me an RMA to send back the bottle (at my cost).

August 14th I receive yet another bottle in the mail and when calling customer service to complain they tell me that they do not know why I received another bottle but inquire if I had sent the other on back yet, after giving them the tracking info and that they received it on August 9th she was more than happy to issue my refund minus the 35% restocking fee. (10 days after they got it I still had no refund)

When I inquired as to why I was even shipped one out in the first place as I had canceled the order within a few minutes of placing it via email I was told I could not cancel via email. I pointed out it was in their TOS that I could and got the answer that according to their TOS they are not responsible for lost data packets sent via email. After having them read the TOS with me on the phone there was no such clause.

I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would probably get the same answers form them and that they were in a meeting, I asked again and was put on hold for a bout 3 minutes and and when customer service returned told me that the manager said since I accepted the refund already there was nothing I could do and was denied any attempt to talk with the manager directly.

Biggest scam I have ever fallen for, hopefully you are reading this before you order yours.

BTW... The free 10 day trial smaple is a lie too.  According to the dosage written right on the bottle, it states that the daily dosage is 2 pills.  The trial bottle has only 10 pills in it.  If anyone knows math at all... That's only 5 DAYS DOSE.  NOT 10.

Yeah... I also fell for the same scam.  I only noticed what happened when I recieved a full month's supply in the mail.  I checked my account, and found that in fact they charged an additional $105 as a recurring payment.  I called the phone number on my credit statement.  After waiting on hold for what seemed like an eternity, I was greeted with their customer support.  The woman was unreasonable, and treated me like I was an idiot.  All I wanted to do, was send the month supply back, and be fully refunded like their disclaimer stated.  The customer service or rather (Customer Rape) specialist told me that it was impossible, and that I was more or less up a creek without a paddle.  It sounded like "Nah nah nah nah nah nah!, We screwed you, and there's nothing you can do about it!  We robbed you in broad daylight!"  She even sounded smug about the whole thing over the phone.  She even refused to remove me from the recurring payments on the product.  I was forced to get reissued another credit card, had to file for investigation on credit fraud, and identity theft, and am now currently pursuing a lawsuit upon the company.
