Noel Riddle has conned people out of thousands of dollars. He claims he can help find people unsecured loans, is a commercial broker, is in the real estate business, or currently selling commodities. In other words, he will tell you he is experienced in whatever financial services you may currently need help with. His business is called Signature Capital Resources. He says he is a good Christian man, and swears he will pay you back as he just needs to "borrow" some money until he receives his commission check. He has numerous judgments against his name and has filed bankruptcy several times. He has burned people nationwide...Texas and Colorado in particular. Once he gets your money, he simply disappears.
