I shopped at nomorerack.com before Christmas.  According to their own records, the item was purchased around Dec. 10th, 2012.  I received an email stating that the item was shipped on December 19th with an order number and tracking number.  The email stated that the item was shipped via FedEx.  Since this was a Christmas gift for my fiance', i was quite happy.

Now it is Jan 2nd, 2013 and still my order has not be delivered.  So in a quest for an actual answer, My fiance' Michelle began a hunt for corporate numbers, names and any other information that would be helpful in getting an answer.

So, finally we found a number (800) 463-3339 and speak to Kenae (a customer rep).  She was very nice and can only work with the information given.  When asked for a corporate number however or a supervisor, the answer is pretty much that the only way to get in touch with corporate is for her to put in a request and wait for someone to contact us.  Not acceptable.

So with more determination, we find (604)366-6183 which is supposed to be corporate HQ.  She calls, only to be forwarded to voice main to which she promptly leaves a message including our home number just in case someone actually listens and cares enough about this service to return a call.  On to the next.

She hunts some more and finds yet another "corporate" number (212) 405-4011 and finally, someone answers.  I assume this was a receptionist which forwarded me to yet another number (1-855-847-7225) in which the representative whom i dealt with was very hard to understand and I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times before I could finally hear her say that the item will be shipped out within the week.

Diligently without missing a beat, my fiance' asks her (not for an explanation because we all know that no one will know anything more than what is on the computer screen in front of them) for an option if the item is not received within a week.  Notice, that the rep said it would be shipped within the week and my fiance' said received within a week.  The Rep's answer was that I could be refunded with store (online) credit for the cost of the items.

It is now Jan. 2, 2013 and the shipment should be shipped no later than Jan. 9, 2013.
