Made a car rental on KAYAK for 3 days. Put in all the info INCLUDING NAME AND ADDRESS.

Was sent a conformation # that rental was set with UNLIMITED MILES. When I arrived at the rental location for pick up the manager was extremely rude and said "OH your from Florida you ONLY get 100 free miles."

I showed him my reservation that I printed out that clearly stated unlimited and he said that doesn’t apply to you.
