O Premium Waters ripoff,dishonest,misleading Mesa Arizona

My wife and I are very displeased with O Premium Waters. This being our first time to purchase a water service, this has turned out to be a nightmare!

After a decrease in income, putting our home on the market and financial concerns,we called to discontinue our water service. We were told by Brooke office Asst. and the Manager of the Mesa office that this could not be done bacause we had signed a 3-year contract. Our first reaction was absoulute SHOCK! We had no idea we signed up for 3 years at 30.00 dollars a month. The water salesman worked his magic so fast,quickly going over the agreement, "failing to even mention that it is a 3-year contract"! I feel sorry for families who can not honor this contract due to financial difficulties, family emergencies etc.. The O Premium staff treated us as if this is our problem to deal with when we explained our situation.

O Premium Waters, we have lived in the valley for 10 years and we will never ever recommend your company to any of our family,neighbors or associates. By the way, we signed the contract over 4 months ago and have never recieved one statement or bill showing our account. Does not surprise me!
