This is the text from my FCC filing:

I was billed on my Verizon statement for a call handled by a company called OAN Services which says it was placed to Dir Assist NV. Apparently I am a victim of the scheme reported numerous times at RipoffReport.com where you call an 866 number where you are then told by a recorded message to call 101 515 8000 to get the correct number. If you do that, then this company will bill you over $5.00 for making this "directory assistance" call to nowhere.. I can't understand how this slime-ball company is still in business. Kindly jump on them with both feet, please!!!

I reported this scam on FCC form 475 - if this was incorrect, please inform me as to the proper form.
