OCEAN COAST CONCRETE, INC. MARK MIHALY AND TAYLOR MIHALY didn't place grid for driveway and back part of the house, did'nt finish painting concrete, concrete has cracked and Mr. Mark Mihaly nor his son Tyler Mihaly have returned our call. we have a 3 year warranty against settling concrete and they have not reply to our complaint on the concrete cracking. VIRGINIA BEACH VIRGINIA

My husband and I contracted Mr. Mark Mihaly to remove old concrete ( driveway, walkways) and replace with new stamped concrete. Mr. Mihahly had his son work with him. The work is great but he did not install the Grids. I later found out when a contractor cut out concrete for an outside kitchen.
One day they were painting the borders and the next day they didn't return. they didnt' finish the paint job. also, the concrete has cracked in so many places and I have tried numerous times to reach them to no avail.
To this day neither one has returned my calls.

FRANK SARPINO HAS GONE BACK ON HIS WORD

Greetings,
After numerous attempts to contact Mr. Sarpino, he agreed on finishing the job back in March 2014. Today is June 17,2014 and has'nt finished the job. He strings you along by texting that the job will start such date and on that day, not him or his crew show up. Mr. Sarpino is a big scam artist. I checked with VB courts and Mr. Sarpino has not taken out any permits on the job he has'nt finished. He lied on a text that the took out the permits. I filed a civil lawsuit against him. I also filed a report with BBB in Virginia Beach.
I gave him the opportunity to finish the job numerous times. It's all we wanted.......the job done.
