Over and over again Ocwen Bank, llC and now like a bad computer virus,HOPE NOW (just renamed themselves).  Their manin office is in India, Ocwen has offices in Orlando Carol Stream Il. West Palm Beach Fl., and NONE of their computers "talk" to each other. My late mother tried to cash out equity in 2004 due to failing health with New Century Mortgage, she was promised $3500.00, she got $385.00. New century then due to so many allegations of misconduct,  sold my elderly mothers loan to Ocwen in JAN,2005. Everything went further down hill from there. My mother did not leave a will and the laws od Texas say all is needed is an "Heirship Affidavit as next of kin, I am her only child, my Father is deceased. As soon as I took out Insurance in my name the letters started about "who is Josalyn Buchanan? Have you sold your home, etc. I sent all necessary papers to Ocwen. They then set  up the name Estate of Eula Jones and took out "forced placed Insurance in the name of estate jones b.(who is that?) I "escrowed" the account starting in June 2008, with faxs to Jennifer Levy including the Insurance I wanted with Lincoln General, all in June 2008.  I was told to skip a payment in July, pay a down payment in August, and the new "Escrowed" amount Sept. 1, 2008.  I did everything I was told.  After hurricane Ike  Sept.12,2008 when I called Ocwen, I was told I STILL had forced place insurance, nothing on my contents, loss of food,(5 days no electricity, no temporary housing. FEMA saw the word Insurance and said NO. 1 1/2 years later I am living with mold, fiberglass ear infections, bronchitis, severe allergies, I and my sons have went bankrupt trying to keep me and my disabled cousin in hotels, he does not want to go back to a nursins home and Ocwen now sent paperwork that they took out forced placed Insurance the same day they paid Lincoln General for the correct insurance,(2 months too late)
