We contacted Owen Loan Servicing to get a reinstatement quote in feb 2013 reciceve quote in Feb 2013 for 1724.96 of which we paid on Feb 22,2013 then 30 days later we get forclosure papers in the mail we call they say they had a clitch in their system and the quote was wrong and we have 1 week to come up with another 2354.00 from one repisentitive then 2 days later another call wanting 1500 a few days later and the same day we are served with the court date of april 29 to take our home we are told we need to send 3286.00 in one day . they are impossiable to work with they do not speak english well and have no idea what is going one takes them 8 months or more to evew record any payment you have sent to them . help do not know where to go from here .
