OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, OCWEN OCWEN NIGHTMARE Atlanta Georgia

My loan was serviced by Litton and after The Litton nightmare My and other foks who were with Litton wereNOT alerted or welcomed by OCWEN at time of changes! Many of folks including me DID NOT HAVE ALL MONIES PAID LITTON PRIOR TO OCWEN TRANSFERRED OVER TO OCWEN. Forced modifications, false fees, duel tracking and plain out misinformation given to me and all who have the misfortune of being old to yest another deceptive company who it appears repeatedly misapplies payments. Depite registered return receipt payments signed for by their comapany  as proof of OCWENS receipt of every payment on or before designated time as per agreement. QWR's Per Dodd/Frank Wall St Reform Act are never answered! A federal Offense as the laws are in place which they coninually violate. The class action suit won by 48 states 12/13 was no great accomplishment as all who were exploited and vitimized by this company will ONLY receive $1.200, a mere pittance of what OCWEN has caused these innocents to lose. I have been batting OCWEN over 1-1/2 yrs to no avai! They continue to violate Federal Banking laws, Consumer protection rulings etc etc. to this very day WHY? Because they know they can! Most folks do not have retainers of between $10-20,000 Plus to litigate this entity who has been exploiting many since 2003! Consumer finanacial Protection Bureau was created 3 years ago and is an arm of the US Treasury. They simply take complaints, never notify complaintant  and basically do NOTHING to resolve the many complaints they have received about OCWEN OR ANY OTHER. When I asked why I never recceived an answer their phone number on sight is 1-855-411-2372. Again the CLASS ACTION SUIT  Herlped make rich the attorneies who represented as most class action suits do. IT IS TIME FOR ALL EXPLOITED BY THIS COMPANY TO BRING ALL WITH PROOF AND DOCUMENTATION  TO THE PRESS THE MEDIA AND ALL ELECTED OFFICIAL IN YOUR STATE AS I HAVE DONE! I am a Licensed REALTOR for over 20 years who has been previously involved with my states Political and Leislative Affairs. I and all in my state who are licensed by CONSUMER PROTECTION MUST ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT OCWEN  APPEARS TO BE EXEMPT FROM considering there are so many of us in the same boat and nothing is done to save hundreds of thousands exploited and frustrated by this company.
