I received this letter posted to my business page on Facebook.  I will post what Sheriff Deputy Carter said to me 1st paragragh and then what Department of Ag "Samantha" said to me 2nd paragragh proving that Ohana Rescue, Carrie Young with her counterpart "husband" Allan Wilson and I mention him because he was involved on her Facebook page as part of the slam against me and phone calls to other people calling me a "fraud".  You are welcome to contact me and I CAN prove to you my documents. Here goes.

Ohana RescueThis is a legal cease and desist. Your website http://www.coloredhorsesonparade.com/my-horse-rescue-page.html is full of pictures that are owned by Ohana Rescue, which you have stolen without our permission. You are also soliciting donations under the assumption that you are a rescue using our pictures. We have contacted the Department of Agriculture Consumer Affairs and reported you, and we have also contacted the State Attorneys Office, and our attorney. This is the first step to legal procedures. A screen shot will be taken of this on your wall for our attorney, as well as the courts. In doing this we have complied with what we were recommended to do. Please remove all Ohana pictures from all mediums. DO NOT use our name, as in, a month ago we had to ask you to remove that you worked for Ohana. We will not tolerate this again. You have no right to ANY pictures stolen from our wall.

My Post to my friends on my FaceBook.  Keep in mind I been silent to her rhetoric since I severed her friendship the first part of July.I woke this morning to find this posted on my page. I AM DONE BEING SILENT. I AM DONE WITH THE CONSTANT NAME CALLING, BACK STABBING AND CONTINUED DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. OHANA RESCUE, CARRIE YOUNG AND ALLAN WILSON ALONG WITH SOME OF THEIR SUPPORTERS HAVE CONTINUED SINCE I HAVE LEFT THEIR FACILITY HAVE ATTACKED MY PERSON, MY PAGES AND WEBSITE. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO DISCREDIT MY STATE ISSUED NON PROFIT RESCUE. 

Just so that everyone knows the truth, Carrie Young (Ohana) and Allan Wilson are accusing me of stealing pictures off their page. They say I am collecting donations with their pictures for Esperanza and I am running a rescue using her as one of the rescues. 

This is exactly what happen. I asked friends where was the nearest rescue, I wanted to get involved with something "GOOD". I was told Ohana was the closest. It was, only about 6 miles away. Carrie, Allan and I became pretty good friends. So good that, I prayed with their friends, I attended their very small benefit for Ohana, I had energy sessions with two of their horses with their permission (Dream) and (Kisses). Pictures of me are on their website. I have videos of my nephew Joe repairing their fences for them.

His girlfriend, Brianna taking stitches out of her horses face. My Sister Cheryl is on her property playing with the horses. Her husband Joe fixed her car. All this happen within 35 days. Carrie confided in me about many things that were not right in her personal life and we both shared lots of things that had happen to us in the past. They rescues a Paso Fino Mare. When I met her I instantly fell in Love. I asked Carrie (Who always told me that SHE was OHANA not Allan and she was the one to make decisions) if I could network for her on my page.

She gave verbal permissions. I introduced her to some paso groups too. I used the pictures off her page and collected donations for her. Ran every one of them straight to her. She was excited to receive ea and every one of them. Times were tuff. Carrie said they had so many horses and she did most of the work and no one to help her. She was tired and had fibromyalgia. When she left the property she would call my nephew Joe to baby sit the house sometimes, even called me to check it one time just to make sure things were ok. She trusted me. She said I was family. I sat with her and listened to many many of her stories.

Then Kisses came to Ohana, she called and said it was horrible. Can I come over. I told her I would be right there. It was bad. Again, I prayed with Kisses as requested. Carrie and I talked. She had a long road with her. I find out only bits and pieces of the whole story. Kisses has crossed over now and this is best left alone and at peace? THIS is when I was gifted Esperanza. I signed an adoption paper. I never received a copy of it. I asked several times, but never received one. Esperanza came to me 35 days into her rescue with Ohana. I have assumed her rehabilitation since then. She has inspired me to of HOPE. She is not a rescue of HOPE. 

About my TWH mare. Carrie told me she adopted her to someone and that someone sold her for lots and lots of $. If this were true, then Carrie should have tried to get the mare back because the adoption contract was not fulfilled. She lied to me. I know in the end who got my mare thru research. I know my mare got a great home. It is unfortunate that lies had to play into this.

Ohana, Carrie Young and Allan Wilson, YOU CAN GO POUND DIRT AND TAKE YOUR NEGATIVE ATTITUDES AND RESCUE BASHING WITH YOU. YOU SPILLED THE BEANS AND I KNOW WHAT GOES ON BEHIND CLOSED DOORS AND IN YOUR OWN WORDS.

This saddens me greatly to have to post this. But she won't stop. I have no choice any longer but to speak up. I have tried to keep silent.

The information from Deputy Carter from 9/24/12
I contacted the Sheriff's Office today and spoke to the desk detective Deputy Carter about the ugly comments that Ohana Rescue, Carrie Young was posting about me, HOPE, my website and any other rescue. He explained that she is allowed to post on a social network any UNTRUTHS she wants to because it is a social network and we would have to take it up with FaceBook. That unless she starts to text, phone or show up in person or actually send a threatening message they cannot do anything about it. So here is folks. Ohana Rescue, Carrie Young and Allan Wilson can continue to post on a social network with Facebook's permission any derogatory comment they feel like about anyone. Watch their post and comments. You will see them appear and disappear as she gathers negative comments and supports about people and rescues. This is a sad sad affair that there are such ugly people out there that have horses in their care.

What I  am saying is, she feels she has free rein on Facebook to say what she can to hurt people, their businesses, rescues or anyone else.  She is a story teller and can't be trusted.  Investigate what she says.  Investigate her stories and you will see.  They are only half truths.  She only puts out there what will benefit HER.  

Such a sad state of affairs.
