OmniAmerican Bank wrongful repossession Ft. Worth, Texas

We made ALL car loan payments timely since July 2005. On May 25, 2009 OmniAmerican sent Bonham Services wrecker truck to our house at 7:45 am to repossess the car - an obvious error by the Bank. Bonham latched on to the rear of the front-wheel drive car - which was in 'park', and dragged it 100 yards up the street - burning rubber off the static front tires and damaging the transmission; Bonham driver refused to show any paperwork to substantiate the "repo." If OmniAmerican does not voluntarily make good on the personal and financial damages claimed, it will be served with a civil suit and demand for jury trial - how many other ordinary citizens have been burned by OmniAmerican, or some other bank, in this manner ???
