OMNISURE GROUP, LLC TOTALLY IGNORES REQUESTS FOR REFUND CHICAGO Illinois

On March 3, 2014 and March 13, 2014, I sent letters to Omnisure Group advising them that I had sold the car they had insured and wished to cancel this insurance and receive a refund.  I included my account number and sent them a copy of one of their billings to prove that I in fact was a client of theirs.

They have never acknowledged my requests.    When I went onto Google, I found the "Rip Off Report" and a lot of other clients of Omnisure who are not happy.  It is a fact that this Omnisure  Group is loathe to refund monies to cllients for a number of reasons that don't make much sense, or they just ignore requests for refunds.  In the pamphlet they send to clients, on page 16, it states that "you may cancel your contract any time".  A Big Lie.
