I purchased Omnitech support online. I thought that it was connected with Microsoft. It is not.
The contract offered pro rated refund if unsatisfied for any reason.
Well, after literally hours of trying to get someone to get me to the refund person, I realize they are playing a well scripted game. You end up speaking on the phone or chat who keeps asking you the same questions, like a script, and never, never answers the question, can you put me in touch with the refund person; There is not link to that person. I spent 3 hours last night with a tech. He finally game me a phone number. Guess what is was the phone number for tech support.
They act as if they have not understood the question, "please connect me or give me number were I can get a refund. Instead, they want you to tell them the problem, which you have communicated several times already. It's as if they don't have any records.
Today I tried to connect to chat with my own name and email. After 20 minutes I disconnected.
Then I tried to connect with another name and email address. The question was. How can I purchase Omnitech. Lo and Behold I was talking with someone in 2 seconds, at the most!
So, be aware, you will not get your money back, despite contract assurances.

After an inordinate amount of time devoted to getting a refund, I am happy to report that Omnitech did indeed provide a pro rated refund. I am happy with refund. Unhappy about hours it took to get refund.

This anonymous post is totally without merit. This person obviously had some computer issue which is why he/she contacted us. It should be known though that Microsoft sites are not directing customers to our site.  All of our technicians have passed Microsoft certification.  Maybe this alleged customer found us though a Google or Yahoo search.

It is absolutely true that we offer a pro-rata refund, if any customer does not wish to continue the service plan. Our process is very transparent and if any customer wants a refund or cancelation of the service all that needs to be done is to call our customer care number.  As an option, the customer can send an email to our customer care department. Thats all! Within 24-48 hours our Billing department will get back to the customer with the refund/cancellation status after reviewing the records.

If this person is our actual customer then he/she must had been given our customer care department toll free number and email id at the time of sign up, which we clearly provide, upfront all the time. This person is incorrectly claiming that we provided our technical support number, for the simple fact that we do not provide technical voice support. We provide customer care on the phone, but not technical support.

Our customer care contact number is mentioned on our every websites. We save every chat transcript of every interaction between the customer and us. If this person can provide the sign up details, then we can demonstrate that this alleged customer had been provided with the customer care department contact details.

Possibly, this person did not under stand the process and is blaming us saying that we are of no help. Daily, we are delivering great services to our thousands of customers and they are very satisfied with our services. However, in this instance, the complainant has not revealed any details with which we can determine that this person actually contacted us as a customer.

We request the complainer to provide some details as the name and email address provided at the time of sign up, and we would be more than happy to fill him in on what the issue was. If the customer is not satisfied for any valid reason then we would be happy to initiate a pro-rate refund. We always want our valuable customers to be delighted with the service and value they get from us. Thats why we have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better
Business Bureau.
