Ordered a Kodak Easyshare digital picture frame from this company, On Time Digital. Order was shipped and billed through Mega Wholesales in Brooklyn NY. It was advertised as new in box with all accessories and pictured everything that was included. What was shipped was a picture frame wrapped in bubble wrap (no manufacturers boxing or wrapping or matching serial numbers) missing pieces. Frame does not shut off - will not operate correctly, so not only was it opened and used, it was defective. Company did not send invoice in packaging, and once you ordered on line you did not get confirmation of purchase. So cannot even send in to Kodak to request fixing under warranty without a receipt.
Thankfully purchased with a credit card, so hopefully they can help with reimbursement from this scam company. do not purchase anything from this vendor On Time Digital.
