I hvae bought a ULTRA External Case in Radioshack with 25 $ rebate offered by ONREBATE. Sent all the information properly on last week of May. Got an email that cheque is sent on June 30th. I have called them after 15 days . and told them i have not received. The answer i have got from them is i should receive with in 10 business days if not i can call and complain after 30 days.

I called August and complained. They said they will investigate and they said it will take 21 business days , Every alternate week inn september i have called them. THey said they are going to send the new cheque. In website they have updated cheque is sent on oct last week. I did not received for over 30 days. SO i have called and complained about that.

They said they send the info to the rebate escalation team. Waited and waited and never received any kind info. SO i have called again in december 15 the. The rep said they have sent the cheque this time , as i see they did not sent the cheque first time. Which is shocking for me why they have said they have sent.

Then again called today the other rep also told me the same thing that they did not send the cheque on june , instead they have sent on October 30 2006. Today is January 12 and yet to receive the rebate, He said this time we will do the investigation and the sent the cheque in 21 days. I know this is also going ot happen. But i want to make sure whoever reads BEWARE of ONREBATe and RADIOSHACK.

I have called radioshack also and they have said that u have deal with onrebate and we dont do anything which is so bad.I was so upset on the kind of answers i have received from radioshack . Everyone know s about the ONREBATE.

if you receive a rebate from a company from a radioshack sold product you can only go threw them to do anything about the product. all we do is reprint a receipt and give you the mailing info. you would never ask radio shack about a receipt that isn't from radio shack. most customers i get that have rebate problems only tell me that the company's rebates are bad...they don't come ask me about the rebate...we know nothing about them. and with the repair and service plans and everything we offer. always call the number on the plan paper we give you because usually its threw the mail or you take it to us to send it away to be fixed. so the person writing this was wrong for talking to radioshack a bout a rebate that isn't theirs.

RadioShack wasn't the company that was issuing the rebates. There was a third-party company not owned by RadioShack offering this rebate. R.S. and it's employees (including myself) do not control ONREBATE or its policies. All we do is print out the rebate form provided by whatever company is offering the rebate. The only thing I can think of recommending that you do would be to take the rebate materials that you made a copy of (if you didn't make copies of your rebate materials, you're pretty much S.O.L.) and re-submit the rebate. And also, "Everyone know s about the ONREBATE." I haven't even heard of ONREBATE until just now, and I've been working for RadioShack for almost a year.............
