I sent my phone in to orange offer. I needed quick cash for my dogs vet bill. So I sent in the phone on Monday December 17, 2012 got one email from them Wednesday December the 19, 2012 they said I would get an email in 24 hours about my check it has been 48 hours and counting I made a big mistake in sending them my phone can someone help me get my money that they promised me
