Ortho Mattress Faulty Products, Don't Honor Warranty, No Acceptance of Responsibility to Make it RIght La Mirada California

We purchased a $1,500 mattress from Ortho Mattress. Within a few months, we began to see the springs and the quality of the mattress begin to change. We contacted Ortho and they said that we had to pay to get it evaluated by an independent inspector. We pay the $50 only to get a person who obviously has the interest of the manufacturer tell us that we did not buy a new box spring at the same time and therefore, we had to do that for him to test the bed. Our box spring was fine, but we were forced to buy one so we could get them to test the mattress.

The company has shown no willingness to accept any faultiness in their product and keeps looking to pass blame elsewhere. Even now when we performed their compression test and showed the bed to be beyond the specs for defective, they came up with other excuses and want us to pay again to have it inspected.

Their customer service person if said something insane, like "well a cat could have caused that damage" Nope, no cats in our house, just regular 180lbs and 125lbs people whose bed has 2" dips and top material that looks like it is completely detached from the mattress.

Oh, did I tell you that this has been going on for more then 3 years with them - no wonder I am tired from lack of sleep.
