Pacific Brochures My husband and I sent $45 to receive mailers, to work from home. After 2months we contacted this company explaining we hadn't recieved the mailers. We were told we could get our money back, minus the shipping fee. A fee paid for something never received. We haven't received a dime of our money back, going on 3 months. They are a complete ripp off and kept our money. When complaining about the situation we were accused of "threatening them" and we have since reported them to the "Better Business Bureau".Our case is still pending. Why shouldn't recieve a full reimbursement when we didn't recieve anything and they couldn't explain why it never came. Total fraud. They will keep your money and never respond to you again. San Diego California

My husband and I sent Pacific Brochures $45 for mailers/work at Home. After waiting almost two months we contacted their customer service to report that we hadn't recieved them. The customer service rep. had no idea what the problem was an inferred that the mailers weren't even sent from where they were and to be patient. My husband requested our money back and was told upon the return of a booklet they sent, with other "work at home companies", we would recieve our money. I received a confirmation email, stating they recieved the booklet and would be refunding our money, minus the $10 shipping fee. I replied that we expected a full refund, since nothing was shipped. They replied that a refund can be given, less the shipping fee, and this was stated on all the pages of their website. Why should we pay a shipping fee for something that was never shipped out? I told them we would pursue this matter legally if necessary. $45 may not be much to some but we are seniors and can't afford to just let it go. They accused us of threatening them and were going to send our information to their reputation management company...I'm sure they are very busy. We have started with the Better Business Bureau. They contacted them and their response was that a reimbursement check was promptly sent. To this day we have not recieved a dime. Going on about 4 months now. They are a fraudelant company and ripping people off at $10 a pop....you can make a lot of money.Adrian, Colorado Springs, Colorado

GISELLE IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF SOMEONE BLATHERING ON ABOUT SOMETHING THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!!

GISELLE IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF SOMEONE BLATHERING ON ABOUT SOMETHING THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!! Why oes the BBB give them a F rating? Because they are a work from home business, not because they did anything wrong. You dont belive they have been in business since 1996 because the BBB says so? They also say they have one employee. I know for a fact thats not true because I have dealt with three or four people myself. Lastley I work for Pacific Brochures and make decent money. No machien can do what I do. I open the outer letter, fold my sales letter to conform to the inner envelope, seal it and take it to the pst office! Giselle if you don't know what your talking about it's best keep your mouth shut!

First off you cotradict yourself all over the place. One place you say inever received anything and in another it says you sent backthe guide. How do you send somthing back that you never received? We also have our refund policy on EVERY SINGLE PAGE OF OUR WEBSITE. Finally you did receive a refund RIGHT AWAY AND HERE IS THE RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION NUMBER. How do you explain that? Unfortunately this is the problem with ripoff report and sites like this, ANYONE CAN POST ANYTHING THEY WANT. I hope this sheds some light on how people can post all the lies they want with no consequence. It a real shame. Here is her refund confirmation showing her money was refunded back to her card on 4-5-14, over a month ago.

An Old Scam

The envelope stuffing scam has been around a long time. Despite all the warnings against this scam, people continue to fall for it. It is too bad you didn't research this company, you would have seen all the complaints against them online. They have an F rating with the BBB. On their website, they claim to have been in business since 1996. Really? Because they only registered their website less than a year ago in 2013 and the BBB just opened a file on them in Jan. 2014. So much for having been in business 18 years. That is laughable! Future-going, just keep in mind there is no such thing as being able to earn money by stuffing envelopes. It does not even make sense that someone could be paid doing this. If a business has a constant, heavy need for envelopes to be stuffed, they would spend a thousand dollars and buy an envelope stuffing machine that can sort, fold, stuff, address and stamped several hundred envelopes per minute. Think about it! If you decide to try anymore so called work at home ventures, just remember: NEVER pay for a job! Meantime, report them to your Attorney General's office. If the AG gets enough complaints, they will prosecute this person. Several people on the East Coast have gotten prison sentences for running envelope stuffing scams.
