Pacific Naturals Free "Trial" of products winds up costing nearly $150 Burbank California

Products that I signed up to "Trial" for 16 days arrived 12 days after I ordered, it was right before the holidays, and right up against a weekend.  When I ordered, I received no confirmation in email so I had no way to track the order.  There were no cancellation instructions or customer service contact information included with the order.  There was no receipt included in the package so I wasn't even sure if / how much was being charged until I looked at my credit card statement.

There was no way to cancel online.  Customer service was non-existent on the weekend (included in the 16 day trial period).  There is a $6 restocking fee for all returned items (per bottle) and btw, any opened items are non-returnable.  So, if you open them and they are defective, you can't return them.
