we purchased our home new in Dec. 2008. They have been out numerous times to fix the roof on our 2009 mobile doublewide home. Finally the last man told us it was done wrong at the factory. Haven't seen hide nor hair of anyone to fix it correctly. The roof still leaks around my dining room windows.

The carpet and flooring is buckling up in the rooms. The doors will not shut and stay shut properly. Also they could not get our insurance on our house submitted properly, until I took action and got it straightened out. When they hooked up our electricity out at the pole, they put it one the wrong meter.Also they did not have a water sleeve installed and probably would have gotten away with it, if an inspector hadnt come out and made them fix it properly. No one explained the use of the septic system, my husband had to call and ask. My storm door in the front does not close properlly, so it gets yanked around in the wind.
