Diane Crisologo quoted $525 to spray on a Pamalu Bed Shield on a 1998 chevy pick up truck for 1 day service. She called me later that day to tell me her equipment broke and that they had to peel off what they already sprayed it took 10 days and Diane charged me over $900.00. I later found out that she was FIRED from Lava Lining another liner company. Apparently she had embezzled from her husband and and was court ordered to be fired. Diane hides behind her sister Audrey Kamai and started Pamalu Bedshield the owners and workers dont know 1 thing about liners and are from the prison system dont have any formal training.Theres 3 owners of Pamalu and Diane Crisologo has TRO on 2 of them so she can steal all the money. She is a smooth talker and a con.Pamalu and Diane Crisologo is a cheap knock off of Lava Lining. This is not what the Hawaiian people want dishonest company that use the system for profit. Diane said she has been in the liner business since 1989.After research, spray on liners weren't even around in 1989!!! DON'T BE SCAMMED BY PAMALU AND DIANE CRISOLOGO.

Upset Hayan.

Pamalu's Mission

AUTHOR: Pamalu - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 31, 2010

Pamalu has had technical difficulties that are beyond our control that makes normal service problematic from time to time...as any other small business.  Please accept an apology if in fact its true that Pamalu has had a customer that was not happy, but if managers are not aware of a unhappy situation, we are unable to assist with a resolution.  Nevertheless, price quotes are given before work is performed and a $375.00 difference must have had merit if that was the quote and paid.

The rest of the information you provided about Diane Crisologo is inaccurate.  She  has been in the automotive business since 1989, as the owner/operator of another business.  Moreover, the ONLY reason for her departure from a flourishing business was due to DIVORCE.

We are happy to have her expertise in operating Pamalu Truck Bed Shields as, Pamalu's mission is to provide excellent automotive services to people of Hawaii and our military who reside here for a season.

So you had your box liner sprayed in, (was it ten years ago) they had trouble. it happens in the best run places. Not a rip off.

The job came in over budget, and you paid? Yes a rip off but why did you pay?

Then it faded, Hummm is that warranty? I don't think so, thats normal over a space of years. Not a rip off.

The rest of the report sounds like a smear job, true or not. It just makes you sound whiny and bitter.
