I ordered replacement headlights for my truck...
I recieved them promptly...
However, they were not the correct lights, they would not fit...

It took almost a month to get an RMA from them, and they charge me a restocking fee and
I had to pay the return shipping...

If it was my mistake, ok...but it was their mistake, they should cover all expenses...they will not...

It was very difficult talking to the rep to get them to agree to the return...they wanted parts information from my truck that I could not give them...like they would not believe they shipped the wrong parts...

To add insult to injury...I contacte my credit card company...applied for a chargeback, gave them all the info they requested...then refused to help...

Partstrain is a rip off...do not buy from them...
