We rented our Florida condo to Paul F Weissberg and Elena Blatrulionos Weissberg of Seaford, NY.
Initially they just wanted to rent 7 days and we gave them a reduced summertime rate of $400 for the week. While they were there they called us to see if they could stay 2 extra days. We told them we would have to see if our maid was available to clean on a Monday rather than the usual Saturday. This was necessary because we had other guests coming in on the following Friday and we had to have the place clean for them. They sounded like nice honorable people.
He said that he would send us a check ($114) for the 2 extra days as soon as they got back. We made it quite clear to them that departure time was 11:00am on Monday. Low and behold our maid, Joan gets there at 1:30 Monday and they are still there and appeared to have no plans of leaving anytime soon. She literally had to kick them out after calling us to let us know of the situation. Carrying his hurriedly packed luggage to the car Paul told Joan that he left the place nice and clean for her. What a lying b*stard!
Here are photos that Joan took to show us how filthy she found it. Half eaten food still left in the fridge, a sink full of dirty dishes, every linen in the place dirty, garbage and food crumbs all over the place. These people are pigs. Joan charged us extra for the cleaning because they left it looking like a lice infected gang of Hells Angels lived there. What was supposed to be a 2 hour job probably took her 5-6 hours.
And we havent heard from Paul F Weissberg or his wife Elena Blatrulionis Weissberg ever since. He never came thru with the check after he got home or returned our phonecalls. To summarize, Paul Weissberg is a chiseling liar. His wife Elena Blatrulionis Weissberg is a terrible housekeeper. Never do business with them, above all never rent your property to them. They are from Seaford, NY.

In reading this report about the Weissbergs. I felt as though I had written it myself. These people were slobs, and should be ashamed by their lack of integrity. They left my condo a mess about two years ago and cost me money in replacing damaged furniture, cleaning rugs, towels and bedding.
They left towels wet, uncleaned and drapped over my Florida condo - mold was left on the couch. Their children left spoiled chocolate milk and food out everywhere. 30 dishes were never washed - yes, the cleaning lady counted them.
The cleaning lady was there for hours and actually called the Condo President in to look at the damage done by these people because none of them had ever seen something like that before. She charged me much more than I ever paid and she deserved it.
In having met with them prior to the rental, they gave the appearance of decent people. Nothing could be further than the truth. When I refused to give back their security deposit, they proceeded to sue me in court, with Mr. claiming to have hurt his back amongst other things. How could anyone stoop so low to lie and let your children know you are lying especially in light of what they had done to an immaculate condo unit.
Unfortunately, the Florida insurance company paid them a settlement to make them go away. I do believe that karma will eventually come back around their way for ripping decent people off. Hopefully, another person will read this and recognize their name and be cautioned to never do business with them. Imagine being friends with them - I wouldn't trust them.
