This company's m. o. seems to be to sign you up for a 'same day' credit card processing app, and ship you a free reader for your smartphone.  True enough, your application is approved quickly.  The card reader however is 24.95 shipping.  

As soon as we submitted legitimate charges from 9 customers, our MONEY was FROZEN.  We had to then listen to all the hoops they wanted us to jump through on the promise they would unfreeze the funds.  Total was $900.  All solid cards, no fraud  or chargebacks.  We have a website to prove our selves and a State of North Carolina agency approval for continuing education classes.

They will not listen, will not waver, will not use common sense.  They told us we should have swiped the cards.  Although they had not even shipped our reader.  We predicted a close figure of $15,000 per month, and sent through the $900.  

I feel like had we entered more charges, they would have kept that too!  They have a maze of companies, each named something else, and running you around.  I am sending letters to NC & GA atty gens, bbb, and anywhere on the web.  Also interested in partnering on a lawsuit.  Already have an atty in Alpharetta Ga where they are who will cut us a break and get in their face.  

They are train-riding CROOKS !
