have breaks done and switch my tire on 7/19/08 i had the spare in my bed i also had a 20 inch tire mounted underneath truck i just got my truck lifted so that tire was to small bottom line is i told them where it was. so now there going to give me a quote 1100,for the breaks i said thats not going to happen change the oil and we will see about the price after i make some calls.any way i didnt have time i called them back in 5 days tell them how much is quote?now they tell me 800 i said do it.i go pick it up,

breaks are done but they put wrong wheel on, not sure how they got it on? but they did.so they fixed it. for me that was fine.so i left them my other truck its older, it needs shocks and an oil change.now quote, 300 thats fine do it.i just remembered when i got off phone to let them know you have to make sure break lights are not on when they park it,cause they stick, u have to put foot under pedal and lift up i dont want a burnt out light when i pick it up he ,tells me ohhhh yaaa ill make sure.no problam..

No one calls to let me know its done, i wait 3 days, and i call, ask if its done ,he says o' yaa' its done' i said "can you go make sure break lights work, just put blinkers on, if it klicks real fast, light is burnt out, and then fix it for me,he says "he will check then call me back" so i wait he dont call.i figured well ill just wait till morning so i did then had a friend drive me there to pick up truck we drive in parking lot and i see my truck with hood open parked close to my truck like im giving him a jump i figued well thats strange why they have to use my truck to give someone a jump i go inside tell them im here to pick up truck he tells me let me check see if its ready.

HE comes back 5 min later, says "it will be a sec" my batery was low so they need to charge it. I said "thats strange" So i shrugged it off, cause im thinking ,this bs ,never ends! "calm down it will be alright". He comes back 15 min later says, "It is turning over but clonks out like im out of gas or something,i said i dont know. i didnt push my truck in here if thats what your asking, "there was gas in it when i dropped it off" he says' well gas gauge isnt moving.i said well you have any gas to put in to it to see if thats the problem?he brings back a dirty 5 gallon, empty gallon that is, to go get some gas."wow" i thought, this guy has balls!i dont say anything cause im boiling i grapped it took deap breath then left i walk acroos the street got 5 gallons i bring it back and put it next to my truck, he comes out and says "did you put it in yet"? i said "no im checking the lights" and wouldnt you know it.wtf!!!!! my tail light is out!

now it all added up i snapped!let me guess,i told him they left my break lights on drained the battery so they put it on charger then started my truck left it running for god knows how long and ran out of gas then drained battery and now you cant charge it cause its out of gas.he says i dont know what they did.i said, i know thats what happened.so he fixed my tail light and everything was great yaaaa right. just when im leaving i notice my stereo face plate is missing.wtf!!

i go back in tell him my stero face plate is missing.he says what was the brand?i said i dont know cant tell missing the face plate and im not sure.so he looks around he has another genius with him looking through drawers pull one out says is this it?im not sure i said then looked again other genius says no thats not his thats been in there for 6 months. i thought oooo great here we go!so he cant find it he thinks who ever worked on my truck has it and in locked up tool box and he doesnt have a key.so he says he will call me i left not a good day right? it gets better! i bring truck home check the oil its bone dry! check filter, old filter!

They didnt change my oil and they charged it too me! i called said i had enough of this bs he says he will do oil change himself to make sure job is done right.i said no thanks refund me and call when you find my radio he said OK...i dont get a call for 3 days, i call back twice, there giving me the runaround then finaly 5TH day i call, he tells me, "It must have been stolen" or lost, nothing they can do about it.Nothing! There not responsible! well "WTF" i said "nobody broke in my truck, and why would they, steal just my face plate" he said "you would be surprised" No i would'nt "try me", After what im going through, nothing would surprise me! "WTF" "The end"!
