pepper cahs they charged me over $990 for a $300 loan,my bank put a stop payment and disputed against them.Now I'm harrased by their collectors. watersmeet, Michigan

My wife and I took a loan frm pepper cash around the end of June 2011, pepper cash (pc) started taking payments of $105 frm our account two to three times a week. Starting on Sept . to Oct. they took 4 more payments that ranged from $103-$130. Pulse the total amount payed by Oct. 21st was $992.50. My wife and I went to our bank and filed a dispute against pc from 9-9-11 to 10-21-11 and our bank refunded $467.50 back into our account. pc at that time claimed they gave us a second loan already and that we were still paying on that. My bank found no such loan. Since then I've battled with two collection agencies ,the first one couldn't find where pc gave me the second loan and stopped bothering me. The second one, resolution performance group( rpg)  called me and I told them "I have no intentions of paying you, take me to court!" So rpg said I had a court date ,I went and there was no court date for me . then rpg said "criminal class action law suit" and was going to be at my house the next day and that I would need two pieces of ID to sign for a piece of paper. It's been over a month now and rpg still hasn't shown up! All this time rpg keeps calling me for money,and I keep telling rpg to take me to court and sue me. Today I sent them a bank statement for the day I supposedly got the 2nd loan and told to leave me alone now or take me to court. rpg said we cant take you to court till our client(pc) says we can , and we will keep calling you .
