Received charges on my current phonebill from Personal Voice, Inc. in the amount of $25.90 which is also billing for two months at $12.95 per. This is my June bill. Contacted the 1-888-296-8079 for removal of charges and the rep refused. Stated my wife applied for the service. I requested the internet location of the application site and was told they have no record of that information. Asked for any site location where I can apply for the service and they could not give me one!! That's because they don't exist!

The service billing was obtained via spyware or some similar method without my wifes knowledge. I filed a complaint with the FTC, FCC, Senators, Representative and filing a complaint here on Ripoff Report.

If you encounter this type problem I strongly urge you to take the time and file as many complaints as you can. This will only end when enough people voice their objections.
