Personal Voice & Their Billing Company Integretel Charged me for false voicemail system after my wife filled out a survey! Ripoff Clearwater Florida

My wife brought to my attention that we got billed for 12.95 on the phone bill.
I asked for what? She replied Integretel charges...

I called the number of 1800-736-7500. It brought me to an audio system that asked for my phone number. It read mine off and said if thats the one your calling about press one. So I did... The it forwards to 1800-997-9656. Another audio system that says to hold on the line for a representative bla bla. The typical BS that they do. A tech that I forgot to write his name down but I dont think he said it answers after a few minutes. I asked him what this charge was for (after stating my phone number and answering some of his address questions)? He replied that it was for voice mail services that were signed up over the internet. I told him we never signed up for voice mail, since it comes from my provider. He told me the email account that it was acctivated with and I said thats my wifes but she never would confirm this. He said that maybe someone else did? I told him to cancel this now and he did plus gave me a confromation number. He seemed very nervious taking to me...

I then went online, to see their web site. I found Integretel at http://www.integretel.com/ but could not find this Personal Voice! So what did I do, I called back! I asked the guy which was the same "What is your companies website?" He replied we dont have one. I then asked "How do you sign up for this service then?" He told me that its attached to a survey for a $1,000 dollar shoping spree or sum cash give away. I never got this so called voice mail system, and its a scam that looks like a 1,000 dollar give away! I had got more nervious with me as we talked. I wonder why? Could it because its a scam! This forum just requires an email address and your address with name of coarse. Then somehow they get you billed for 12.95 each month for a service they never supply! Lets get every name and email of people that has had this done to them. I wanna report them myself to the athorities. Looks like they been doing this for some time now by the looks of this here.

Well tomarrow I am calling the phone company to report this fraud and go from their. I hope you all send me something to help the cause to get rid of this bs.
