PetsMart Grooming ripoff and mistreatment of pet Colorado Springs Colorado

We travel during the summer and have used other Petsmart grooming and are familiar with them and their prices.
We took our two little Schnauzers in to this store. Called them before and ask the cost of grooming. They said $40 each which I thought was a little high. When we picked them up, they gave me a bill for $94. They were not matted and had just been groomed about 2 months ago at a Pets Mart in SD. which charged us $68 dollars total for both of them. They did an excellent job.

This Colorado Springs Petsmart store did a good grooming job but I thought it was very expensive after they told me it would be $40 each. Also told me this when I brought them in that it would be $40 each!
I complained about the cost to the manager and he took off $14 which made it $80 which I think is still too much!

One of our dogs was sick when we picked them up. She has never been stresed from grooming. Has had lots of grooming since a puppy.
She is 5 years and 6 months old. I called the store and they blew me off on this. Left me on hold for half ann hour. I hung up and called back and the man said it was only 5 minutes! Which is a lie!!! I was talking on a cell phone and was watching the clock while on hold.
They won't give me the districk managers phone number. I ask them several times,. They refused!

I will never ever visit this store. We spend a lot of money at Petsmart stores for dog food and cat food. But will be looking around for another place to shop for our pets.
