But those criminals that the phenix city police arrest for 1st degree theft and property destruction aren't a business person like long.  And ken davis and the phenix city police favors certain criminals who are white collar criminals like mike long and his son. But citizens don't deserve justice according to ken davis and the police deparment. And let long walk. Long sold stolen property and who ever got it is a criminal to who purchased our stolen property.

LONG IS STILL ADVERTISING RENT TO OWN. PEOPLE WOULD HAVE TO BE OUT OF THEIR MIND TO RENT ANYTHING FROM HIM AFTER HOW HE WRONGFULLY TREATED US.

BTW at the time we was 3 months past due the the late fee was $25.00 so 3 months doesn't cost $300 which he said is how much late fees we was behind. I paid him $300 to catch up the late payments, but they said it went to the late fees and not the balance of the shed.  So the late fees would had been $75.00 and their would had been $225 left to go toward the balance of the shed.

But they are scum of the earth lying rats at long buildings.

You have to be a fool to rent from long buildings. Long BREAKS THE LAW and gets away with it. Because ken davis FAVORS BUSINESS OWNERS. SO THAT MEANS THEY ARE ALLOWED TO BE CRIMINALS AND DO CRIMINAL THINGS AGAINST YOU. BECAUSE THE PHENIX CITY POLICE AND KEN DAVIS HAS THEIR SIDE.

Long stole my riding lawn mower and wouldn't give it back. He sold it he is a ruthless and cruel man for what he did to us. People are out of their mind to rent anything from long buildings, they are dangerous people. We was fooled by long and had no idea about his true evil side.

It was my riding lawn mower and he had no right to touch it or sell it. Its best to get the word out so nobody else will fall victim. If they do go ahead and signing a contact with long, then don't complain. You have been fairly WARNED.

Long sold my lawn mower while his lawyer cheated me out of my lawn mower. Long already had his lawn mower and all his needs met, why did he have to steal my stuff for. We was suing for $5,000 and auto owners wouldn't even pay a extra $1,000 to equal to $4,000 the extra $1,000 was to buy me a new riding lawn mower. I always get left out in the cold.

Auto owners was so selfish they couldn't even pay the extra $1,000 even though we was suing long for $5,000. But auto owners wouldn't pay the extra $2,000 that is how greedy they are, we was going to drop the suit and only settle for $4,000 but his lawyer or auto owners wouldn't accept it. But i was still forced to sign the release along with my mother & i got left out in the cold. I have a right angry by the way i was treated. I always get treated like "GARBAGE". I have always got stuff taking away from me but with long, stealing that was giving to me by my DYING GRANDFATHER AS AN INHERITANCE. MY GRANDFATHER WAS ON HIS DEATH BED AND TOLD MY GRANDMOTHER TO LET ME HAVE IT. LONG HAS HURT ME DEEPLY BECAUSE THAT LAWN MOWER MEANT SO MUCH TO ME, BECAUSE MY DYING GRANDFATHER GAVE IT TO ME WHILE ON HIS DEATH BED. 

IT WAS ALSO MY VERY FIRST RIDING LAWN MOWER WHICH I HAD WAITED ALL MY LIFE TO HAVE ONE. NOW ITS GONE BECAUSE OF THE SELFISH p***k MIKE LONG AND HIS SON TOOK IT FROM ME. B******* M***** F.

Long came in a different truck that didn't have back up sound. Him and his son are majov *******. His piece of trash lawyer swears he didn't do it or steal our property. He had no right to steal my lawn mower, long is a ***** AND A ***. Who thinks he can mistreat and abuse anyone.

We was treated like garbage by mike long and we have the right to be angry for how he treated is, like we was nothing to him. It was real laughable how long denied to his lawyer that he wasn't over here taking the shed, well i saw him take it. Long is a thief, one day he will hit hard financial times for the wrong he done to us. And for him trying to hide behind the law to get away with what he did.

Because he could hire a lawyer to fight for him, and make sure that he wasn't held accountable for what he done to us like not giving me my riding lawn mower back. PIG.

Ken davis says that he is running to keep his job next year. Well me and my mother will be voting against him the police chief and everyone else who violated out civil rights. Ken davis would not prosecute long for him damanging our drive way and stealing our property. That is why long walks around with a smart mouth attitude thinking he can get away with everything.

Ken davis is why the real criminals the false accusers and slanderers get away with their crimes with ruining innocent peoples lives.

My stupid uncle leased a truck with schneider and he said he had to sell his truck. Well i don't feel sorry for him because he acting to "HAWTIE" because he was working for crap company and he had to sell his truck. Well when you act to "HAWTIE" because he thought he was smart working for schneider.  Schneider must not have been giving him enough loads and he coudldn't make the payments on his truck.

All i say what goes around comes around when you act to "HAWTIE" and act like your better then everyone else.   

Long and his cronies stoled our property and they will pay the price for it threw us suing him.  He thinks he can out smart us by getting a lawyer at the last minute.  What long did wasn't right and its time to show him that he can't just treat people how ever he feels like.

The main reason why the puke phenix city police didn't arrest him or the puke district attorney. Is because long buildings is a family owned business and they infulence votes in phenix city, that is how the district attorney keeps his job by letting criminal business owners get away with doing criminal things to citizens in phenix city. The district attorney prosecutes criminals who don't own a business for theft and property destruction.

And this is what long did to us committed criminal acts. Well long will still have to pay us if the judge rules in our favor ontop of paying thousands to his lawyer. So long is setting his ownself up for failure but that is how stupid and blind he is.

We had a withness to long and his cronies our neighbor to long  stealing our shed he heard them say come come waving to each other to hurry up. We have filed a small claims suit agaisnt long and he thinks he can still out smart us by being sneaky like he did went he stole our shed and caused $10,000 of damage to our yard and drive way.

Well this teaches us not to lease/purchase anything because we now have nothing no shed and we traded in a shed and we lost everything. They prove to be what low life scumbags they really are.  I will get justice sooner or later no matter how much the puke long fights back.

And i have the right to expose him for the criminal like he is so nobody else will be taken or treated wrong.

Ken davis needs to loose his job as district attorney. If he can't give everybody justices but he believes people who falsely accuse people and he knows its a lie and still processed to get them in trouble for things they have not done.  If you are less fortunate and poor these are the people who ken davis and his assistance district attorney target. They believe what the other side says and F and ruin the lives of innocent people.

And ken davis don't make sure that the person is innocent before they take them to court.

It wouldn't benefit ken davis if he was to prosecute mike long because he is a business person and the business people are the ones who keep ken davis district attorney.  That is why the bigot scum mike long things he can get away with destroying peoples property and stealing their property.  We will never trust a rent to own stuff every again cause once you give them money they will screw you.

 Let me save you some ranting. The reason WHY the police will not do anything is because the person who took the shed DID NOTHING WRONG!!! In accordance with the law, the shed was a BUILDING owned by this person. When you defaulted on your payments the contents of said BUILDING are NOW the property of the person who actually owned it. If YOUR items were NOT removed when he came and got it, then the items become that persons property. Now he does owe you for ANY damages done to the property IF you own the property. But other then THAT cost, he doesn't have to pay you for what was in the shed. Those items then are sold or kept determined by the person you owed money to. IF that person sells the items in question then all the money he gets MUST go towards ANY outstanding balance. If he kept the items then the debt owed is considered PAID. Perhaps YOU can do some research as I did. It doesn't take much time and you can save yourself a headache. This is a common law in most states so there was ample information available. Lets face REALITY here. There is NO WAY that YOU are going to get 6 grand out of him and when you sue him, YOU would be making a false claim. There is no way that the removal of the shed caused 6k in damages UNLESS he hit your house. Since I DO NOT see your usual multiple times daily rants, one can safely assume that he did NOT hit your property and the 6 grand is an INFLATED amount. Cut it in half and its about right. NOTHING in that shed was 100% BRAND NEW!! YOU don't get to set the price because nothing was 100% brand new. You ONLY get around HALF of its value due to depreciation and use. While Im sure it makes YOU feel better to blast those people who do not like or agree with you, the reality is that many of your problems are of your own doing. THIS is one of them.

 If auto owners start playing they're games we will sue them this time. They have to pay back the $6,000 back to our insurance company & they have to pay us for the property that long stole from inside his stupid ugly shed.

 We don't have to take being verbally abused by the phenix city police.  They can hate me and my mothers guts all they feel like. Its not right that them and ken davis deny certain people justice & how they allowed a black phenix city council man get away with forgery and jury tampering. 

  Ken davis said its time to stop wasting the phenix city residents tax payer money. Ken davis also said that people who have been convicted of drugs should get a get out of jail free card because they haven't killed anybody. Well what about the people who are falsely accused he sure don't say that about them now does he. He rather let druggie people out on the streets then believe people who are falsely accused and wrongfully found guilty and put in jail because they can't pay the fine!.

 Yet we can't file a warrant for longs arrest because of ken davis.  Its always been like this in phenix city we get harassed our damaged property and we get denied justice!. While the phenix city municipal court allows liars to file charges and deny justice to the victims which is us!. I despise the LAW and the justice system they're all PHONY.

 We will not be filing small claims in lee county and the hell with ken davis.  Lee lee county gives justive to citizens who have been screwed over by scum businesses like mike long from long buildings. And if we win and mike long doesn't pay willing like he isn't our insurance company. We can go after his property.

 I don't care about the stupid shed but I do care about my riding lawn mower that he stole. We spoke to a lawyer and the lease didn't justifie him taking our property.  Mike long is a thief! and I am not slandering him!.

Ken davis and the phenix city police arrest and prosecute non business people of theft in the 2nd degress.  But they refuse to arrest and prosecute a business man for damaging and stealing my riding lawn mower and all the other things in the shed. It would be a matter between two private citizens and a business man.

Mike long is much of a thief and a criminal just like the criminals. The phenix city police post on they're facebook. He should be put in a federal prison because he stole over $500 worth of stuff with is what the,  phenix city municipal court says.

But ken davis refuses to prosecute mike long because he is a business man.

  The riding lawn mower was the most expensive item in the shed $1300. He had no intentions of letting us have our property back!. The people on this site defending long's action are scum of the earth just like him. Long is nothing but a B******.

Who ever has received our property can go to jail for receiving stolen property. They knew better then to except it to begen with, but everybody today think's they're so invisible and untouchable they didn't care that they received stolen property.

  Just like how long think's he is invisible and untouchable!.

 It will be worth paying the small claims court fee and having the lee county sherriff come to long buildings, to drop off a summons to court. I wish that I could be they're to see the look on his face and his cronies faces. I might not have my riding lawn mower anymore but him getting that summons will be my justice.

  We would have been gadly given the shed back but he didn't give us a chance to get our property out of it.  That is why I hate his guts he deprived us of our property but he chose to do it his way.  Long did not have the right to damage our property.

  It was just about everything we have owned was in the shed. Long did not have the right to deprive me of my riding lawn mower.

  Mike long crossed the line when he didn't let us have our belongings. He had no intentions of letting us have our property back. There isn't a thing people can dispute about that on this site.

 This is the lowest thing anybody has done in my lifetime. Our property didn't go with the shed I don't care what this bum mike long says.  He stole things that was very important to us like my riding lawn mower. He had no intentions in giving our property back. Well I'm getting him back by filing this complaint online to expose what he did!.

 And the people on this site can kiss of to. I'm tired of being mistreated and abused and taken my riding lawn mower was the last straw!. Mike long refused to give the pay off balance on the shed also. I can't have a life or anything without somebody doing something to me. He stole my riding lawn mower the only one I ever had.

I also had a blower pressure washer and ramps to get the lawn mower out of the shed.

We added all the payments on the shed since 08/2011 and we paid more then enough on the shed. He also said the last payments we made was $550 for 2013 he said those went to late payments. There was no way we had $550 in late payments.

If it was 6 months past due at $25 late fee. It would only be $150 late fee. Long buildings is a very dishonest business.

We will get a lawyer and sue long buildings for the distress they are putting us threw. We thought they was working with us we told them our financial situation and we was paying as we good because of the economy but we thought wrong They betrayed us and we are being denied justice!.

The probable reason the Lee county sheriff was ready to issue an arrest warrant was they don't know how crazy and wrong YOU really are.  The Phenix City P.D. is VERY familiar with you and your off the wall actions.  You've been a guest of theirs more than once.  Another, in YOUR OPINION, Ripoff and injustice being done to you.  Life's a B**ch.  Now back to Mom's basement for a warm bottle and nap.
