Pinnacle Financial Group harrasment going overboard minneapolis, Minnesota

i have been repeatedly call by this "fiancial group" about a debt that I owe Chase Bank..for $37 or $39..even though the amount is minimal, i cannot afford this, and have no way of paying it over the phone. I have been a victim of identity theft and will/can not get a bank account any longer because of it. Also the reason i owe the money to chase, but i have no proof..thank god i cancelled the account on time. Now, i have repeatedly told them that i am on state aid and out of work, and can barely afford my bills as it is and i have a 2 year old that is my TOP priority. I have said to them that when i can afford it i would pay it, the first phone call ended as well we will continue the calls until the debt is paid (me thinking once a month is about right, thats how most debt collectors handle it..guess i was wrong) i recieved a phone call the next day, different person saying there were no notes of this and no recordings...ok, so i explainedmyself ... again! then she started asking if my parents could help me or if i could borrow it and threated me with the credit agencies....well gee, my credit is the lowest anyones credit can be because of my identity theft, another scar wont hurt much..and i also said that i had no one to borrow the money from and i cant have my parents pay it..we are in RECESSION, most of my friends and family can barely scrape enough for the bills, why the hell would i ask them to pay one of mine...in which i told her it would be paid when I, meaning me, could afford it...now i get a phone call or 5 a day from the same people, this is rediculous..its harrasment, they are completely rude, and if i'm not mistaken, the fair debt wahtever has a law against this sort of harrasment..ugh..im loosing my mind.....

oh and did i mention that when they call they do not answer, and the only way i can actually get something to talk to me instead of complete silence is call them back..happens everytime...then they go and switch numbers on me...and i'm waiting for jobs and daycares to call so i can get back to work..i wanna pay my debt, its not much but i really cant take the crap anymore!!!!
