on 06/18/2010 pioneer in ny some judge indinan and myself detroit had a appeals hearing by telepone. at the time of the hearing pioneer had no paper work to support thier claim. so instead of holding them in default the judge thank me for my time and granted pioneer a new hearing. On 06/21/2010 judge rule that I had no proof to my cliam and inter a judgement on me. mind you there was never a nother hearing. where is my day in court? sounds like a fake court hearing to me! mind you that i have already paid these scum bags 8.000 dollars on a 1.8oo dollar loan!!! something stinks really bad
