 I am writing this report in hopes of getting some assistance with this company.  I am in the process of trying to repay the debt, but the company is refusing to renegotiate the repayment amount, all while continuing to add extremely high interest to the current loan.  Originally I borrowed $1,500 from the company, with the constant staggering interest fees, and including some payments that I have made, I now currently owe $2,520 an increase of $1,000.  Currently, I have not made a payment because I have not seen in writing, what the increase in my debt is for.  They have advised me to go to their website and I can download the information there, I have not been able to gain access and I have informed them to no avail. 

Because I am behind in payments, they have now begun calling my place of employment.  I have verbally requested as well as in writing that they do not contact me at work.  As of today, they are not only calling my direct line, but that of my co-workers.  It is frustrating to get them to NOT contact me at work, they have the ability to contact me by email, my cell phone, or even the mail, yet they continually harass me at work.  I have had to step outside to talk to them because they are overriding me when I am trying to once again ask them to not contact me at work.

I am not trying to not pay this bill, I would just like to first receive the documentation that states how the additional fees are calculated and to make arrangements to pay the debt off.  In addition to making those arrangements, I would greatly appreciate it if they would stop calling me at work!!! They have even called my husband's cell of which I gave them as an alternative number for me. 

Their representatives are rude, they have no intention of listening and working to take care of the debt fairly and professional wise.  Please, please, please assist me in getting these predators put back in their place legally!!!

 Thanks for your prompt response, but you did not address the concerns that I am having with your company.  The constant phone calls at work even though I've asked verbally and in writing to not receive any calls at my place of employment.  Secondly, I have tried to reset my password and I did express that to the individual that called me the last time and they only continued to argue over me and not really offer a solution.  I hav expressed a concern that I am not able to pay the previously amount that was agreed to only to hear the indivual state that this is a legal binding contract. 

Although your options here make sense, they do not address the concerns that I have regarding your business practices.  Thank you.

I’m one of the customer advocates at Pioneer Services and wanted to respond to Mrs. J’s post as we take all customer feedback very seriously. 

All of our customers are setup with their own access to the My Account portal. Inside My Account, you have 24/7 access to all account info including your payment history (which includes principle and interest), payment due dates, the original loan documents (which include all the terms and conditions of the loan), and pay off amount as well as Interest Rate, APR and the term. 

You can login to manage the account any time by visiting:

If you can't remember your login information you created during the application process, just click the link that says "Forgot Username or Password?", follow the directions and your credentials will be sent to the email account you registered when you created the account. 

We are also happy to assist via telephone at 1-888-430-5176 or by sending us an email at Question@PioneerMilitaryLoans.com.

Due to privacy laws, we cannot specifically address account issues in public. Our personal loans are interest bearing, and do accrue interest daily at the set interest of the principle balance. Should the agreed monthly payment not be fulfilled per the terms of the loan agreement, the account can be subject to late fees.
