these ppl sale you products fast and quick making it look like its a killer deal and then bam nothing no answer no response no resolution.. then right when they think you might actually try to get your money back Andrew the owner comes up with a very sad email of how he just adopted 6 special needs kids and everything he does is for them

(Hello Misty, Seven years ago around this time of the year, I adopted six "special needs" children, kids that came from a history that one can only imagine as horror, and gave them a better chance in this world we live in. I promptly lost my job since this undertaking was bigger than even I had imagined. But, it turned out to be a good thing. They've changed my life (and I know I've changed theirs). A year ago, they asked me what I wanted to do now that they were older, and I decided to get back into digital printing, with an emphasis on fine art printing. And so began the planning.

In January 2012, I officially launched PixWraps, with the single directive of printing the highest quality canvas at the best price. But I made a mistake. I gave up part of the company for what I thought was a synergistic reason, to someone who could handle the production and allow me to continue to build out the company with the infrastructure needed to grow this into a very big enterprise. After seven months, I realized that the person I chose as my partner did not have my same vision, and in fact, was impeding our growth.

I am pleased to announce that I have reached an agreement which returns 100% of the company back to me, and I am now able to resume my work in building out this company to complete my original vision. Don't get me wrong. We produce very high quality canvas prints (and other photographic products), just not as fast as I would like to see them produced. Nor do I think we have done as good a job as we could have with communicating to our customers. Our issue has not been with customer service - they communicated what production told them - but production didn't always follow through, and our customer service department got a bad rap.

By acquiring the outstanding shares in the company, I am able to make some big changes quickly. First, I've hired a new management team to oversee the key components of our business. Angela Belt joins us for Operations. (((REDACTED))) oversees Production. Maylene Mittman covers Business Development. I'll share their new numbers next week; I want them to get acclimated to our facility first. Second, I've doubled our customer service team (again). Beginning Monday, our customer service department will be available by telephone 9am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.

We'll still close for lunch, from 12-1pm, but the rest of the time you'll be able to reach our service representatives. Our toll-free number will be posted on our website starting Monday. Of course, you can always reach us by email (and we prefer that), but if you want to talk to someone "live" we are making it easier. You'll also have direct extensions to each of our department heads. Third, we are completely revamping and redesigning the workflow for PixWraps. We have a few orders to catch up on, and we are making rapid headway in that area. We are also in "acquisiton mode" looking at automation equipment that can build frame and wrap canvases as fast as 100 an hour; and canvas printing companies that have a like vision to us.

Not a cheap investment, but a good one for our future. We still need to continue our marketing efforts, and grow revenue. For our 2012 year, we've shipped over 30,000 canvas and other image products like iPhone cases, flip flops and tiles. Our revenues are close to $1 million in sales, and growing. And we're at 21 employees (counting my six kids, who help out where they can). Over the coming weeks, you'll be getting special offers on our canvas print products, as well as a new iPhone 5 trade-up program (for those of you who have the iPhone 4 case from us).

Today, our special offer is for four 20x30 canvas gallery wraps, with the thick 1-1/2" stretcher bars, and free shipping to one destination in the United States, for $150. You can either choose to pay online using this link or you can call and talk to Maylene - she can issue voucher codes immediately. Voucher codes will be good for one year. Keep in mind that if you need to reach customer service, you need to call in to our main line; Maylene will be unable to help resolve an issue with anything but voucher codes. You can call her at (206) 388-4126 ext 220. Hopefully, my letter updating you on our recent updates will see you continue to do business with us.

I am blessed by the customers that have written letters telling me how much they appreciate the work we do. And that allows me to continue to expand the horizons of my six children, whom I affectionately call my Six Shooting Stars. Last week I got my first tattoo, a design that circles my arm with a band of stars, each with their first initial on their own colored star. They have changed my life like nothing ever before. Best regards,Andrew SimmonsPresident ) this is the response I recieved and NOTHING STILL
