Gloria Sutton, CPS Social Worker for Placer County acted clearly beyond her scope and with malicious intent to take BOTH our newborn daughters from us after we brought one in to Sutter Roseville ER on 4/22/13. The ER staff and Ms Sutton proceeded with an agenda to "look" for more dirt on our daughter to justify taking them from her. It was clear in the ER physicians notes that is what was intended. They tried to have us "volunteer" our other daughter for foster care to "show good faith" that we were cooperative and not hiding anything.
I am both a senior US Army Officer and Family Practice Medicine Physician and they still tired to pull this on us. Thankfully we had our daughter taken to UCDMC for care and re-evalutaion and we took our other daughter out of the county until we could find and hire an attorney the next day.
We have had the case dropped but the aggregious misconduct of Gloria Sutton needs to be addressed and fired from her position
