platinum trust card I asked specific questions about this card. Can it be used as a credit card, can i buy gas and pay bills with the card. I was informed yes use it anywhere you would use cash and save the cash. I am o Salt Lake City , Utah

  Unless you were hacked there is no way for them to randomly have your bank information unless you or your bank gave them your information. If it is the latter then that is a problem. They are charging you for a monthly service fee. Not trying to be rude but why on earth would you agree to pay 19 dollars a month for a card you can't use except on "certain items". If you have a bank account use your debit card (even though some of us are being charged for using that now). This company seems like they are going to hurt your credit even worse. Next time you call , STAY on the phone. I am sure that most likely "they" left out anything negative. They always do. Don't get off the phone until you speak to someone and they refund your money for failing to point out the TOS. Not sure if that will get you anywhere but usually a little bit of a good attitude and a smile (yes smile even when your on the phone people can tell LOL).   Also if there are charges (minus the 19 dollars a month plus the 89 dollar activation fee ) and they are unauthorized they will normally work with you. Last but not least, don't fall for these silly things. I have done it , we all have, but be more careful. These kinds of companies prey on people with less than perfect credit.
