On April 20 and again on April 26 I attempted to buy  Spyera through plimus. I received this response three times with two credit cards:

Thank you for submitting your order for SPYPHONE GOLD-3 Months ( Recurring ) using Plimus. Unfortunately we are unable to approve your order at this time because of the following:

Inconsistent contact / billing information

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, if you feel you are receiving this message in error, or if you wish to submit relevant information to your case, please contact us at: sales@plimus.com, otherwise no further action is required.

Important: The credit card submitted will not be charged for this order.

Regards,
Plimus Sales

I finally had to go buy a prepaid visa at 7/11 to be able to make the purchase. I attempted to buy the software a fourth time on April 26 after Plimus canceled my successful prepaid visa order incorrectly, after I had complained about the charges on my credit card.

16 days later, and these charges are still pending on my credit card. Plimus has stopped responding to my emails, blaming the bank, the bank says they cannot do anything as long as the charges are pending. Here are screenshots proving these charges are still pending and not removed from my credit card:

Avoid plimus. There credit card system is overly burdensome, and if your charge is declined, it will be on your account for weeks.

ALSO : spyera uses the  EXACT same software as flexispy, except there is no customer service with spyera, and Flexispy has live chat. Flexispy is cheaper per month.

Plimus Declines

AUTHOR: BlueSnap - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, January 06, 2013

Hello,

I apologize that when trying to purchase through Plimus the transactions could not be processed. We have security measures in place in order to be assured that all parties involved are considered and that the transaction is approved. If any details were submitted that do not comply with the credit card, we cannot process the payment.

An authorization hold is placed on your card after each attempt made to buy the item. This money is set aside by the bank in order to be assured the card has enough funds to fulfill the payment if approved. Unfortunately, this authorization hold must be removed by your bank.

I hope this clarifies your inquiry.

Regards,
